This scene was photographed spring of 2005 on an overcast day along the Big Sur coast in California.  Because of the cloud cover more of the intermediate colors and tones are visible along with greater shadow detail.  I used the Mamiya RZ67 with the 50mm wide angle lens to capture this image on Kodak Portra 400VC negative film.
