This image was
photographed on US Highway 1 in Maine along the coast of
Maine. These markers are ubiquitous in this area not
only on the boat houses but also in the North Atlantic
and bays and waterways where they mark the place of
Lobster traps. I used the Mamiya RZ67 Pro II with the
Mamiya Sekor 140 Macro lens to expose this image on
Kodak Portra 160VC negative film. This image provokes
some fond memories of the time spent in New England. |
