This image was photographed
in the Great Smokey Mountains using the Toyo 4x5 GX view camera
with the Schneider 240 APO-Symmar f/5.6 lens on Kodak 160VC 4x5 sheet
film (negative film). I've always been convinced that
in places like this you can stand in one location and find
a thousand compositions if you simply take time to see them. A
truth which I have been impressed with is that there is
another entire world once we learn to look for compositions
on a macro scale. Unfortunately we often pass by these
potentially excellent prints unnoticed because we fail to
take time to look. |
