This image was
photographed in
Yellowstone Canyon using the Mamiya RZ-67 with the 140mm
lens (tripod mounted and mirror-up) on Fuji Velvia
transparency film exposed at ISO 40. This is one of the most impressive
places I've ever seen and this composition seems to
illustrate well the majesty so evident here. It is a
place of mammoth scale and vivid color which changes hour by
hour during the course of a given day. Again,
the print will have to speak because words fail me to depict
