This is a place which
possesses a subdued and unique beauty but is also home
for a large population of alligators. It is a place
where Spanish moss hangs from ancient oaks which bend
down to the earth and magnolias are an almost universal
finding in the woodlands and swamps. I used the Mamiya
RZ67 Pro II with the Mamiya Sekor 50mm to expose this
scene on Kodak Portra 160VC negative film. I found this
place due south of New Orleans. |
