This image was photographed near Houma LA at dusk.  I used the Mamiya RZ 67 Pro II with the Mamiya Sekor 50mm ULD lens to expose (tripod mounted and mirror up) the image on Kodak Portra 160VC negative film.  This part of our country has a culture all it's own and is a rich source of subjects to be captured.  This print does much to capture a small slice of this unique and beautiful place.
