| Title: | Mount Hood over Fallen Timber, Lost Lake | ||
| Notes: |
This photograph of Mount Hood was made in the state of Washington across Lost Lake. It was late in the day and conditions were overcast. The clouds are an important part of this composition as is the large timber in the foreground. The detail in the fallen tree gives the viewer a sense of presence in the image. The scene was photographed using the Mamiya RZ67 with the 50mm ULG lens (tripod mounted and mirror-up) on Kodak Portra 400 VC negative film. |
