These old boats caught
my eye one evening as my wife Jeanie and I were
returning from Stonington Maine. It was very late
because I recall being concerned about enough light to
make the shot. The color balance had already begun
it's reddish shift and
shadows were long. I used the RZ-67 with the
Mamiya Sekor 140mm lens to expose the scene on Kodak
Portra 160 VC film. I felt very fortunate to be
able to capture this small taste of this local community
of Ellsworth Maine -- a unique and beautiful
place. |
