This image was
photographed on
a bright, warm summer morning with a gentle breeze
blowing in off the Gulf of Mexico. It was taken with a
Mamiya RZ67 using the Mamiya Sekor 50mm ULD wide angle
lens mounted on a tripod (mirror-up) on Kodak Portra 160
VC film. This composition conveys well the laid-back
light-hearted sense of being on the beach in the summer.
For me the print provokes many fond memories as I am
sure it does for others as well. Words fail me to describe this scene
adequately but the print
says it well. Soli Deo Gloria... |
