This image was photographed at dusk
in May of 2002 on the shore of Yellowstone Lake. I
used the Mamiya RZ67 with the 140mm lens (tripod mounted, mirror
up) to expose this scene on Kodak Portra 160 VC negative
film. When I was there on that particular afternoon the
sky
seemed to come alive in the surface of the water.
Every afternoon when I was returning to the lodge there
seemed to be a new and different presentation out over the
lake. Indeed, a beautiful place. Soli Deo Gloria! |
