I photographed this
gorge in New Mexico using the Mamiya RZ67 with the
Mamiya Sekor 50mm lens (tripod mounted and mirror-up) on
Kodak 160NC negative film. Like so many other areas in
the west the horizon seems to be forever in the
distance. However, at this place the landscape is
literally split down the middle by the great Gorge of
the Rio Grand. As this composition illustrates it is an
unforgettable place and again one which makes one feel
exceedingly small. |
