This photograph was
taken in the spring of 2000 near Richland Georgia about
mid-afternoon. I used the Mamiya RZ67 with the
Mamiya Sekor 140mm lens (hand held) to expose this scene
on Kodak Portra 160 VC negative film. There is a special
ambience related to farming communities and those scenes
found uniquely there. The old tenant house across the
field of spring wheat ready for harvest is such a
setting. Indeed a unique grandeur. |
