This image was
photographed many years ago while on a trip to Key West
Florida. On our return trip when stopped over for
the night in Key Largo my wife Jeanie woke me the
following morning
to photograph this beautiful sunrise. Sunrises and
sunsets in this region are uniquely striking but I
believe that this one is probably one of the most
remarkable I can recall. I am indebted to my wife
Jeanie for not letting me miss photographing it. The
image was photographed with a Mamiya RB67 using a Mamiya Sekor 50mm
wide angle lens (propped on a balcony rail) on VPS 160
negative film. The scene was spellbinding. |
